Job description
McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant. You will be responsible for profitability and delivering McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
You’ll lead Department Managers, set and monitor goals, and provide coaching to improve restaurant performance. Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in fast-service environments or related hospitality/retail roles, and must be 18 or older to manage in our properties.
