The General Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts, controlling cost of goods, achieving set performance targets, making action plans, and building a team that maintains superior results.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar area of focus preferred.ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.TABC Certification where applicableMust have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Requires alignment with our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork.Minimum QualificationsMust have at least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending or hospitality industry.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
