Job description
LPQ USA LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a Le Pain Quotidien restaurant with a strong emphasis on people, hospitality, and business performance. You will set the tone for culture, lead on the floor, and drive guest experiences while guiding a team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.
You will own the guest experience, develop a high-performing team, manage operations across opening, service, and closing, and ensure food safety, quality and compliance.
