Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager in Peoria, IL to lead restaurant operations with a people-focused, hospitality-driven approach. You will supervise managers and team members, ensure marketing plans are executed, and uphold Capstone values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity.
The GM will manage staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and P/L review to drive performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
