Job description
HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or small cluster near you. You will ensure the operation is clean, staffed, and open for business, while meeting high standards of service, safety, and financial performance.
You will deploy staff, manage schedules, recruit and promote talent, monitor P&L, and collaborate with support teams to drive revenue. The role requires 5–7 years restaurant leadership, strong people skills, and adherence to HMSHost policies and brand standards.
