CC Holdings Restaurant Group owns and operates 29 restaurants and coffee bar locations in the greater Indianapolis and Cincinnati markets.
Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
Increase sales
Build and develop the team
Schedule employees
Issue orders
Reconcile P&L statements
Deliver excellent customer service and leadership
Promote and embody the Company’s Heart Culture
Foster a total customer experience culture
Identify problems and coach staff to solve them
Consistently provide a high level of service and hospitality
Motivate crew to exceed customer expectations and drive sales through hospitality and service
Assist the team to achieve positive sales and profit trends
Adhere to all cash‑handling policies and procedures
Gain proficiency in all cafeteria operations (sandwiches, smoothies, specialty drinks and prep)
Required Experience
Make sound business decisions in uncertain situations
Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
Show a broad knowledge of and passion for food
Respond to opportunities with a sense of urgency
Be technically proficient with MS Office Suite
Position Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of management experience
Minimum 2 years in the food industry
Must pass a background check and drug screen, paid for by CC Holdings
