Job description
Caribou Coffee in Eagan, MN seeks a General Manager to lead store performance, financial results, and guest experiences. You will coach a staffed team, optimize scheduling, and ensure food safety and brand standards at all times.
This role drives sales and controls expenses while fostering a positive, high-energy work culture. The position requires 1–2 years in restaurant/retail management, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and ServSafe certification is preferred.
