General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Previous management experience in quick-service restaurants, preferably within a recognized brand
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, labor control, and cost management
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations focusing on people, product, service, and profitability
Recruit, train, coach, and develop the management team and crew members
Manage labor and staffing levels aligned with business needs and sales forecasts
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational policies
Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and implement action plans to improve outcomes
Foster a positive culture that encourages engagement and accountability among all employees
