Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, environmental practices, and regulatory requirements

Serve as the primary liaison between company leadership and park stakeholders/community partners

Requirements:

5–7 years of progressive hospitality management experience, with emphasis in retail and/or food & beverage operations

Proven hospitality leadership experience with strong retail and/or food & beverage operations knowledge

Demonstrated success driving sales growth, managing budgets, and improving profitability

Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Experience with POS systems, reporting, and Microsoft Office

Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team culture

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
