We are looking for fun, energetic Pizza-Lovers to join our Team!What’s in it for you?• Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance• Vacation & Sick Time• 401k• Free mealsAs a Pieology Pizzeria General Manager, you will be responsible for:•Hiring, training and developing a high energy team of Shift Leaders and Team Members•Exhibiting solid leadership by building an amazing culture and providing meaningful feedback•Delivering operational excellence in order to build sales and profitability•Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and P&L management to control costs, labor, and production•Executing marketing campaigns and the roll out of promotions and new menu items•Effectively delegating responsibility and ensuring accountability•Open availability to support all hours of business operations•Modeling excellent guest service skills and managing guest requests and concerns•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment including kitchen and food prepRequirements:•21 years of age•2+ years General or Assistant Manager in Restaurant/Fast Casual and/or Catering, Hospitality•Knowledge of proper food safety and handling standards/regulationsPieology is an equal opportunity employer.We participate in the federal government's E-Verify program.
