Overview
Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally acquiring Pizza Hut’s master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and are operating in 2 Countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. We are one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. It has grown to be the largest franchise operator in the world, with a diversified portfolio of restaurants in iconic brands including Applebee's, Arby’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's and Planet Fitness. Responsibilities
Lead teams, including hiring and training, to deliver outstanding service to guests.
Guide others in learning new things and motivating them to work together on restaurant goals.
Focus on team development, food safety, P&L management, marketing, and other restaurant priorities.
Qualifications
Experienced leader—restaurant or retail manager—seeking to advance their management career.
Committed to delivering outstanding service and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Willing to learn, teach others, and tackle unique challenges with excitement and dedication.

Compensation
