Job description
KidStrong is seeking a General Manager in Oklahoma City to lead and grow a dynamic coaching center. You will deliver our science-based curriculum to kids aged crawling through 11 in high-energy 45-minute sessions, build relationships with families, and drive center performance.
You will recruit and develop a coaching team, maintain culture, and oversee operations and sales initiatives. You’ll lead weekly leadership meetings, stay aligned with HQ programs, and pursue Growth through certification
