Job description
Jimmy John’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, drive performance, and uphold our fast, fresh sandwich standards. You will lead teams with accountability for service and quality in a high-energy environment.
You will manage food and labor costs, recruit, hire and train team members, and guide store-level results as part of a culture of Go-Getters and Rockstars who succeed through goal setting, willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude.
