Crunch Fitness is seeking a General Manager to lead our in-person club, drive member experience, and grow membership with a hands-on leadership style. The role supports a fast-growing company that values humility, respect, and coaching.
You will coach a high-performing team, ensure staff knowledge of programs and equipment, and execute promotions to boost new memberships. Requires at least 1 year managing a fitness team and a people-first leadership approach.
