Job description
McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead a team to deliver Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while setting goals with your leadership team to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail, and must be 18 years or older. You will hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong, capable restaurant leadership
