Job description
McDonald’s Ottawa is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You will drive profitability while upholdingMcDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, and coach a team of Department Managers to achieve goals.
You’ll hire and develop Department and Shift Managers, ensuring strong day-to-day leadership and long-term restaurant success in a fast-paced environment.
