Job description
McDonald’s Works for Me. The General Manager will run a profitable restaurant and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met. You will lead a team of Department Managers and set goals, then coach them to improve performance.
Ideal candidates have General Manager experience in high-volume settings, with a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. You must be 18 or older to manage in our corporate-owned restaurants.
