McDonald's Works for Me. McDonald's corporate-owned and independent Owner-Operator restaurants seek a General Manager to run a profitable operation, uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, and lead a high-performing team.
Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick service, or hospitality/retail, are 18+, and will coach Department and Shift Managers to meet goals. Eligible for strong benefits, including tuition assistance and retirement plans.
