Job description

McDonald's is seeking a dedicated General Manager for a restaurant. In this role, you will oversee operations, ensuring profitability and adherence to quality standards.

You'll lead a team of Department Managers, set performance goals, and coach to enhance restaurant performance. Ideal candidates will have prior General Manager experience in high volume establishments and should be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
