Job description
McDonald’s operates a restaurant in New Berlin, WI. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.
Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in high‑volume quick-service settings, hospitality, or retail, and you must be 18 or older to supervise staff. You will lead Assistant and Shift Managers, hire and develop the team, and drive goals with strong leadership.
