Job description
McDonald's Bloomfield Hills restaurant is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume operation. You will set goals with your leadership team, manage profitability, and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick service or hospitality, strong coaching and hiring skills, and can develop Department and Shift Managers. You must be 18+ to work in a franchisee-owned McDonald's restaurant. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.
