Job description
McDonald’s operates this corporate-owned restaurant under a franchise model. The General Manager is accountable for achieving profitability while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will lead Department Managers, coach teams, and develop operations plans to hit goals.
