Job description
The High Companies’ Tempo by Hilton Bethlehem is opening in 2027 in Bethlehem’s SouthSide Arts District. We seek a General Manager to lead guest services, rooms, and F&B operations, drive financial performance, and foster a high-performing culture in a fast-paced lifestyle-hotel environment.
ideal candidate has a hospitality or related degree and at least 3 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, with strong team development, budgeting, and brand standards knowledge.
