Job description
KidStrong in Edmond, OK is seeking a General Manager to lead our center, build a high-performing team, and execute the mission to develop confident, high-character kids. You’ll own coaching quality, center operations, and membership growth, with a compensation range of $55k–$70k plus up to 20% bonus.
You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and maintain brand standards while delivering exceptional family experiences.
