Job description
Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen, tasting room and Wine Club. You will mentor leaders, oversee kitchen, FOH and retail operations, and drive exceptional guest experiences.
The role offers $90,000–$112,000 per year plus 20% bonus potential, based on experience and internal pay equity, with comprehensive benefits.
