Job description
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead a fast-paced bagel shop and drive daily operations.
You will oversee team performance, develop growth strategies, manage budgets, hire and train staff, and analyze financial data to improve revenue. We offer a friendly neighborhood environment with early closing at 2pm and work-life balance. Prior leadership experience in hospitality is preferred; must be organized, proactive, and possess strong communication.
