Flynn Panera, a Flynn Group franchise, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead one of its bustling Panera Bread cafes. You will supervise up to 60 staff, drive top-quality service, maintain standards, and manage costs while delivering community-focused hospitality across the country.
The role requires at least 3 years of restaurant management experience, excellent communication skills, and a Run it Like you Own It mentality.
