Job description
Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking a General Manager in Vandalia, IL to lead daily operations and drive customer satisfaction.
You will manage inventory, staff scheduling, and adherence to food safety standards while motivating a diverse team to achieve performance targets and promote a positive work culture.
Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year with monthly profit-sharing, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
