Job description
McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant in Scottsdale is hiring a General Manager responsible for running a profitable operation and achieving McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. The GM collaborates with leaders to set goals, coaches managers, and develops staff to drive performance.
Ideal candidates bring prior GM experience in high-volume settings, preferably in quick-service or hospitality/retail, and should be at least 18 years old.
