Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group in Ottumwa is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring hospitality and people focus while aligning with the business plan. You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Members, drive staffing, training, and customer service excellence.
