Job description
Southeast Restaurant Group is a Wendy’s Franchisee with 50 Wendy’s Restaurants. The General Manager leads and supports our team in a fast-paced customer service environment while focusing on Fresh, Quality Wendy’s menu items and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The role requires strong leadership, team development, and the ability to hire, train, schedule, and coach staff to achieve People, Customer Service, and financial targets.
