Job description
Cicis Pizza in Rockville seeks a Shop Leader to drive day-to-day operations, uphold our brand promise to guests, and push key performance metrics. You will manage P&L, scheduling, and inventory while leading a team to deliver fast, friendly service.
You will recruit and develop staff, supervise performance, and maintain health and safety standards, working closely with vendors and the community to grow the business.
