Job description
Nothing Bundt Cakes in Baton Rouge is seeking a General Manager to lead daily bakery operations, direct the team, and ensure a warm, high-quality guest experience while driving sales and profitability.
The GM will oversee cake production, brand presentation, inventory control and the P&L, while fostering NbC core values, staff development, and community engagement. Flexible shifts and opportunities for promotion are available.
