Job description
Caribou Coffee in Greensboro, NC seeks a General Manager to lead store culture, guest experience and sales execution. You will recruit, train, coach, schedule staff, and own the store's performance, ensuring safety and quality standards while delivering a day-making experience for guests.
Strong leadership, people skills and knowledge of P&L are preferred; ServSafe certification is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role based at 3109 Northline Ave.
