Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager in Champaign, IL to lead restaurant operations, hire and develop great people, and drive a guest-obsessed culture with speed of service and accuracy.
You will manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, plus scheduling, P&L management, and sales forecasting, while upholding food safety and compliance. Expect to guide the team across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts and deliver a superior guest experience every day.
