Job description
Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all daily restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver the Wingstop guest experience. You will foster accountability, develop future leaders, drive sales and profitability, and ensure food safety and quality standards.
You’ll coach, mentor, and empower staff, partner with the District Manager to hit goals, and uphold company policies and brand standards.
