Job description
Jersey Mike's Nephi is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of the restaurant, drive guest satisfaction, and manage teams to deliver exceptional results.
You will hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing staff while upholding Jersey Mike's standards for quality, cleanliness, and service. The role requires the ability to manage labor, food costs, and profitability in a fast-paced environment at our Nephi location.
