A global manufacturing leader based in Maple Grove is seeking a General Manager. This role entails full P&L responsibility and requires strong leadership to drive operations excellence, build customer relationships, and manage manufacturing and supply chain strategies. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in operations and a solid understanding of Lean practices in a technologically driven environment. Competitive salary range of $139k-$217k annually and comprehensive benefits offered.
