Job description

Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with your leader to set restaurant goals and develop and execute a plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them establish goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments.
Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 18.
Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service or restaurant locations.
Background in hospitality, retail or quick‑service restaurants strongly desired.
Strong leadership, communication and team‑building skills.
