Lehigh Valley Cooperative Telephone Association (LVCTA) is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a financially strong, member-owned telecommunications cooperative serving rural communities across central Iowa.
This is an opportunity to lead a trusted organization with more than 75 years of service while helping shape the future of fiber broadband in the communities that depend on it.
What You’ll Do
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the cooperative.
Lead broadband, voice, and streaming operations with a focus on exceptional member service.
Partner with the Board of Directors to guide long-term strategy and financial success.
Develop and inspire a talented team while strengthening relationships throughout the communities we serve.
Executive or senior leadership experience in telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or a related industry.
Strong business and financial acumen.
A collaborative leadership style and experience working with governing boards.
A passion for rural communities and cooperative values.
