Responsibilities
Whipping up fresh fruit and food items daily
Crafting mouthwatering wraps, sandwiches, and our signature smoothies
Keeping equipment in tip-top shape and ensuring the cafe meets brand standards
Inspiring, directing, and coaching the crew every single day
Managing inventory by placing and receiving orders
Scheduling shifts for crew members
Stepping in to cover shifts when needed
Training enthusiastic new crew members
Implementing initiatives provided by the District Manager
