General Manager - Lewis Chevrolet of Liberal (Liberal, KS)
Lewis Chevrolet of Liberal is looking for an experienced General Managerto lead our dealership. The right person will have a strong record of sales, team leadership, and store growth.
What You'll Do
Lead the daily work of all dealership teams.
Help the dealership meet sales and profit goals.
Hire, train, and support team members.
Set sales goals and track results.
Help with finance and deal reviews.
Lead and coach department managers.
Set clear goals and hold teams to them.
Review store results each day.
Help each department work well together.
Look for ways to grow sales and profit.
Oversee Sales, Finance, Service, and other managers.
Support all staff and help solve daily issues.
Lead by example with a strong work ethic.
Build a team based on trust and respect.
Take on other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
5-7 years of General Manager experience.
A strong record of store sales and profit growth.
Good people and leadership skills.
Good speaking and writing skills.
Strong skills in sales and deal talks.
Well organized and able to manage many tasks.
Basic accounting skills.
A high level of honesty and integrity.
Auto group experience is a plus.
