Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a high-performance management team.
Recruit, train, and nurture talent for future opportunities.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
Ability to work 45-55 hours per week.

Proven ability to develop and inspire team members.
Experience in inventory and labor management.
