Lead and Grow – Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction
Drive Performance – Set and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals
Develop Talent – Recruit, mentor, andretainhigh-performing teams across sales, service, and operations
Customer-Centric Focus – Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds brand loyalty and long-term success
Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, P&L statements, and key performance metrics

Proven Leadership – Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong Business Acumen – Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, andoptimizingoperations
