Job DescriptionA premier boutique hospitality group is hiring a General Manager to lead a high-profile estate venue in Central Virginia. Responsible for operational excellence, staff development, P&L management, and delivering high-touch hospitality across daily visitors and private events.

What We‘re Looking For:
7+ years as GM, F&B Director, or Director of Operations in high-volume, luxury environments. (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)
Direct experience balancing daily operations with high-volume private events/weddings .
Track record managing multi-million-dollar F&B budgets, labor percentages, and cost of goods.
Backgrounds preferred: Luxury Resorts, Country Clubs, Destination Venues, or High-End Hospitality Groups.
Demonstrated success managing $5M+ operational budgets with strict labor/food cost controls.
