Responsibilities
This full-time on-site role involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading and managing a team, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for effective communication with customers and staff.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in hiring and training staff
Knowledge of food and beverage operations
Experience in the restaurant industry
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in a team
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus
