We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, innovative cuisine and a memorable experience for our guests. We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar.
Job Description: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance and compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, along with a passion for creating a positive and engaging environment for both guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Lead, train and motivate staff members including servers, bartenders, chefs and support staff.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and liquor laws.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
Oversee scheduling, payroll and staff performance evaluations.
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a high-volume setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for hospitality and customer service.
