It began with a vision to bring the time-honored flavors and healthy ingredients of South Korea to Columbus, Ohio. From that dream, BIBIBOP was born. Inspired by the traditional Korean dish bibimbap, we sought to make balanced and healthy Asian cuisine accessible and enjoyable to everyone. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest levels of quality, service, and efficiency.
Lead, develop, and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
Manage budgeting, financial performance, and P&L statements, ensuring profitability and growth.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations.
Drive guest satisfaction by consistently deliveringBibibop’ssignature service.
Monitor andmaintaininventory, ordering supplies as needed to meet operational demands.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues ina timelyand professional manner.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, development, and high morale.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Fiveyears ofpreviousexperiencepreferredin a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment.
Ability to stand forlong periodsand lift upto 50 lbs.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Valid Driver’s License Required
Depending on your skillset, years of experience, and leadership level, you may also be considered for the Operations Leader or Team Leader role, which will be assessed during the hiring process.
