Prestige Auto Spa is seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the customer experience, and drive growth at our luxury auto spa facility.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Auto Spa
Lead, train, and manage staff schedules, performance, and accountability
Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction
Manage memberships, sales performance, and revenue targets
Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality
Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Report operational metrics and performance to ownership
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager (auto spa, car wash, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
Strong leadership and people‑management skills
Sales‑driven mindset with experience in memberships or recurring revenue models
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
Highly organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
