Location: Oak Creek, WI (Client only wants LOCAL candidates)
Our client is looking for a General Manager to take the lead in their custom robotics and automation division . This is a chance to guide a growing business that thrives on solving unique challenges—designing and delivering automation systems built around leading industrial robots (FANUC, Kuka, ABB, and more).

Responsibilities
Lead the business across engineering, production, sales, and customer support.
Drive growth with smart strategy, strong customer relationships, and execution excellence.
Mentor and develop a team culture built on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Manage resources, capacity, and P&L to keep the business efficient and profitable.
Represent the company at trade shows and key customer visits (limited travel).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Engineering (any discipline).
4+ years of leadership and people-management experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience with custom automation projects and robot integration.
Proven success leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering results.
Local to Oak Creek, WI (no relocation provided).
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
Schedule: Standard business hours, onsite only position, not hybrid or remote
